Lip Protection

It's suddenly turned cold these past few days and naturally it coincided with everyone getting colds and passing them faithfully onto me. I made this lip balm holder keyring to cheer myself up. It's using a crochet yarn I've been looking at for a long time because it's such a lovely colour and has a subtle sheen. It's made with a 1.75mm hook, one of a couple of odd sizes nabbed when the wool shop was having it's final clear out. I find it quite therapeutic to work on in between reading and note taking for my dissertation. The bob-chain (I have no idea what they are called) was scrounged of a label for something. I tend to collect these bob-chains because I think they might be useful but I just loose them.
